THE THREE CROSSES.  12” X 18”
This painting I did of the little island in the middle of Town Lake near the Pleasant Valley Dam.  I go there in my kayak to visit it and it is very lonely and quiet.  There are three dead trees there among the new, growing ones.  My inspiration to paint this scene came from the stillness of life surrounding these three.
